What Is Reception Skills Training?

This course will teach delegates to present the right image for their organisation through effective communication and customer care. It will show you how to build rapport through appropriate tone and demeanour and handle complaints or difficult people. Essentially, this is a course that will ensure each customer has a good experience and will return to your organisation.

The Reception Skills course will be accredited to the latest in recognised certificating award. All successful delegates will also receive an Xyz certificate of attendance. Enrolled subscribers of the National Training Card will also have any certificate, qualification and/or ID card (where applicable) automatically added to their member account.
